Prioritising Your Wellbeing
How can reflexology help you?
Reflexology is more than just a relaxing foot massage, it’s a non-invasive, complementary health therapy that supports your overall wellbeing.
By applying gentle pressure to specific reflex points on the feet, reflexology helps restore balance, relieve stress, and improve circulation. Many people find it beneficial for better sleep, digestion, and overall health helping both the body and mind function at their best
In today’s busy world, with the constant juggle of work, family, and daily responsibilities, it’s easy to put yourself last. Reflexology gives you a chance to pause and prioritise your health.
Below are some ways in which reflexology can help you. If you have any questions at all, please book a consultation where I’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have.

Reflexology can help improve circulation and overall wellbeing
I came to reflexology looking for some general support with my health and condition of my feet. I suffer from poor circulation and after a few treatments, I noticed a great improvement. Reflexology helps with my circulation, in reducing pain, and an overall sense of wellbeing. I am surprised by how beneficial the treatments have been and how much better I feel, not just in my feet.
Thanks to Jess reflexology has been a gentle yet powerful support to improving my health.
A natural therapy with ancient roots
What is Reflexology?
Reflexology is a non-invasive, complementary health therapy that promotes relaxation and wellbeing. It is an ancient holistic therapy grounded in the theory that all the systems in the body have corresponding reflex pints that can be found on the feet.
Manipulation of these points can impact the health of the corresponding body part. Reflexology can unblock the pathways that have been blocked through stress or illness.
It origins date back to 2500 BC in Egypt. During the 1900s , Dr William Fitzgerald developed zone therapy, which was the earliest form of modern reflexology.
Since then it has continued to be developed by various people, including Eunice Ingham, who was able to create the first foot map for reflexology. It is now used as an effective and safe treatment around the world.

What to expect at your first treatment
Your session will begin with a full consultation where we’ll discuss your needs and any areas you would like to focus on.
You’ll then be made comfortable on a relaxing treatment couch, either seated or lying down, whichever feels best for you.
Using gentle, precise techniques, I will apply pressure to different reflex points on your feet, helping to restore balance and promote relaxation.
Most people find reflexology deeply enjoyable and calming, though some areas of the feet may feel slighty tender when pressure is applied. This is completely normal and sometimes indicates areas that may benefit from relaxation.
