Cancellation Policy
Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps ensure availability for others who may need treatment.
Same-day cancellations are subject to a £15 fee.
Missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a £20 fee.

If you’re happy to go ahead after your phone consultation, we’ll schedule a session date. I’ll then send you a questionnaire to complete in preparation for your session.
